lyrics
Take up a quiet place
Deep in my mind
Wait till I’m far away
Then pull me inside
Evergreen
Waiting for me
Evergreen
Waiting for me
Funeral, follow me
I smile with pride
Make you my enemy
But stay by your side
Evergreen
Waiting for me
Evergreen
Waiting for me
So months and months go by
Still you find your time
Slip in through my bedroom wall
Travel down my spine
Wait until midnight
Than I saw you standing there
Evergreen
Waiting for me
Evergreen
Waiting for me
Guess I still miss you girl
Guess I still miss you girl
Guess I still miss you girl
Guess I still miss you

“Deep underneath the Gavorian vaults of the ever aging First Treasury, a ritual began to take place. All of the minister's creatures started to shift and stumble out of their tiny wooden holes and hovels, grumbling to themselves with crusted eyes and parched tongues. Mouse rose to the podium without a word and took a moment to see if everyone in the group was accounted for. Nodding to himself, the furry creature raised up his hands and drew the crowd to attention. One by one, the group began to hum in unison, producing a single shrill note that pierced the still morning air. The sound grew louder and louder, resonating against the walls of the cave. The creatures began to set themselves into motion, shaking and dancing in a trance-like state. Some beat their breasts, others bared their fangs, and others jumped about as if the floor was hot with coals. The noise continued to grow in volume until nothing could be heard above the din of the group. Mouse, still standing at the podium, smiled from ear to ear. After so much waiting and toiling, the time had finally come.” - An ancient Karelian tome somewhere
